4. Information Provided by You

You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and current when submitting an enquiry, appointment request, registration form, health information or any other information through the website. 6. Digital Personal Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as and when the relevant provisions apply.

The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were notified on 13 November 2025. The Rules provide for phased commencement: Rules 1, 2 and 17 to 21 came into force on publication; Rule 4 comes into force one year after publication; and Rules 3, 5 to 16, 22 and 23 come into force eighteen months after publication.

The applicable privacy notices, processes and mechanisms will be updated as the relevant provisions become operative.

7. Notice and Consent

Where consent is the applicable basis for processing personal data, Recure Clinics (part of Astitvaa Health Tech Pvt Ltd) will provide notice in clear and plain language and, when the relevant Rules are applicable, the notice will be presented independently of other information and will include an itemised description of the personal data, the specified purpose or purposes, and a specific description of the goods or services to be provided or uses to be enabled by the processing.

The notice will also provide the applicable means or communication link through which the Data Principal may withdraw consent, exercise rights and make a complaint to the Data Protection Board. Where consent is required, it will be obtained through a clear affirmative action and will be limited to personal data necessary for the specified purpose.

8. Data Rights and Grievance Redressal

Subject to applicable law and the relevant commencement of applicable provisions, individuals may have rights relating to access to information about their personal data, correction, completion, updating and erasure, withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis of processing, and grievance redressal.

The Rules provide specific requirements for verifiable parental consent and due diligence for identifying an adult parent. They also provide an exemption for a clinical establishment, mental health establishment or healthcare professional where processing of a child's personal data is restricted to provision of health services to the child to the extent necessary for protection of the child's health, subject to the applicable conditions and commencement of the relevant provisions.

12. Patient Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information about your health, medical history, current symptoms, medications, allergies, injuries and other information that may be relevant to your care.

You should inform the treating healthcare professional of any material change in your condition and follow applicable professional instructions provided to you. If your symptoms worsen or you experience a condition requiring urgent attention, you should seek appropriate medical care.

13. Treatment Consent and Data Consent

Consent to the processing of personal data does not by itself constitute consent to medical treatment. Treatment consent, where required, will be obtained separately in accordance with the applicable clinical process. Data processing may also be carried out where otherwise permitted under applicable law.

14. Home Physiotherapy

Where home physiotherapy is offered, service availability may depend on location, clinician availability, scheduling and operational considerations. You are responsible for providing an accurate service address and informing us of any relevant access, safety or environmental considerations that may affect the visit.

Recure Clinics (part of Astitvaa Health Tech Pvt Ltd) may reschedule or decline a home visit where the location or circumstances are reasonably considered unsuitable or unsafe for the healthcare professional or patient.

15. Tele-Rehabilitation / Virtual Consultations

Tele-rehabilitation or virtual consultations may depend on internet connectivity, device availability, audio/video quality and the information that can reasonably be assessed remotely. Remote assessment may have limitations compared with an in-person assessment.

Recure Clinics (part of Astitvaa Health Tech Pvt Ltd) may recommend an in-person consultation or other appropriate care where clinically required. Tele-rehabilitation or virtual communication should not be relied upon for medical emergencies.

16. Caregivers and Authorised Persons

Where you are a parent, legal guardian, caregiver or other authorised person acting for a patient, you confirm that you have the authority to provide information and, where applicable, provide consent on the patient's behalf.

18. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds

Payments for services or appointments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under the specific exception stated below.

If a patient who has made an advance payment passes away before the relevant services are availed, the applicable advance amount paid for services not availed will be refunded to the patient's family or lawful representative, subject to verification of the claimant and completion of the required documentation.

No refund will be provided for change of mind, non-utilisation of services or missed appointments, except where required by applicable law. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to the cancellation/rescheduling process communicated at the time of booking. Where an appointment is missed without the required notice, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and the applicable payment may not be refundable.

If Recure Clinics (part of Astitvaa Health Tech Pvt Ltd) needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to operational, clinician availability, safety or other reasonable circumstances, the patient will be informed and the available rescheduling or other applicable option will be communicated.
